Our Level 1 technicians & Network Engineers operate 24/7/365.
Outside standard business hours, our technicians only service critical network issues and outages. Standard Level 1 support requests are serviced during standard business hours.
All Telnetworks Network Maintenance is conducted outside business hours – normally during the hours of 12AM to 6AM AEST. We will always provide written notification, to our customers, who are affected by Network Maintenance & Outage schedules.
